Life is hard; that’s why we have books.

Greetings, and Happy Halloween and Samhain!

This past year has been difficult to buckle down a timeline when I thought I would get my first book released. There were some delays with the cover art, some second- and third-editing rounds that absolutely NEEDED to take place, and of course, life being life, happened all over the place.

However, I am absolutely thrilled to announce that the first book in my shared universe of stories, Palaces of Thorns, The Wickedness of Man, is set for pre-order and will be released on another beautiful holiday, Dia de los Muertos, this November 2nd!

As I’ve mentioned before, these books are DARK paranormal romance, and so there may be elements that don’t jive with every reader, and that’s perfectly okay. To those of you who are as twisted as I am, I know you’ll enjoy it.

Be safe while practicing your spells this Samhain, and may you get plenty of your favorite type of candy! (Even if you have to buy it yourself, it’s fine–just call it self-care and eat that chocolate.)
